By accessing or using Postiz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Postiz provides tools for managing social media accounts, media assets, connected platform credentials, and manual publishing workflows.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Access to the service may require a pre-created user account. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe use of the service violates these terms or creates security, legal, or platform-policy risk.

Postiz can connect to third-party social networks and APIs such as X, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, developer policies, privacy notices, permissions, and review requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish through Postiz complies with applicable laws and each connected platform's rules. We do not control third-party platform availability, limits, account review decisions, or API behavior.

You retain rights to content you upload or publish through Postiz. You grant Postiz the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and publish that content at your direction.

You must have all rights, consents, and authorizations required for content, media, account connections, and publishing actions submitted through the service.

If paid plans are offered, fees, billing intervals, and plan limits will be shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party providers under their own terms.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable once paid.

You may not use Postiz to spam, abuse third-party services, violate platform policies, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful content, bypass access controls, or interfere with service security.

You may not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or misuse the service except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Postiz, its product design, software, branding, and documentation are owned by Postiz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Postiz intellectual property to you.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific platform outcomes, error-free publishing, or approval by any third-party social platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postiz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, platform account penalties, or lost business opportunities.

Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the period giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.
